Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Art should last a lifetime. That's why every order is backed by our lifetime warranty against all manufacturing and material defects, any flaws in workmanship, and yellowing or discoloration. If something ever goes wrong, let us know and we'll replace it free of charge.

What is your Returns Policy?
- Unopened items in their original packaging and condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

How do I make an exchange?

- All exchanges require a note with your name, email address, order # and your desired exchange item
How long will my exchange or return take?
- Exchanges typically take 5-10 business days to be processed. An exchange item will be shipped to you according to the original production cycle and shipping terms.
- If all required information is not included in the package for your exchange/return, this process may take longer.
- If you are receiving a refund, please allow 7 business days for the money to show up in your account.
Who pays for the cost of shipping my return/exchange?
- The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to send their product back to us. Brenda Trapani Art is not responsible for any shipping fees incurred after the shipment of your initial order.
How long are shipping times?
- Shipping times take 1-5 business days for US orders and 4-14 business days for international orders (depending on the country).
My tracking information shows my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
- Ask any housemates, neighbors, or your leasing office to see if they received your order for you. If no one has, contact your nearest post office using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
- If your order's whereabouts are still a mystery, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and we’ll track down your order for you.

Can I cancel my order?
- Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled because our printing and fulfillment systems custom make your order as soon as you place it.
- However, we're always happy to offer an exchange or full refund in case you change your mind. Please wait until you receive your order before requesting an exchange or refund.
Is my information safe?
- Of course! Your information (especially credit card info) is never stored or shared with anyone. We use the latest encryption software and the best payment processing systems (Stripe and PayPal, so you’ll never have to worry about fraudulent transactions.
- If you're still uncertain, consider checking out with PayPal. We've partnered with PayPal so our customers are covered by their Buyer Protection Program. This way, you'll be 100% protected by PayPal if something ever goes wrong.
